Location

“La Zoila” is a 333 hectare (823 acres) farm, located in Costa Uruguay Sur, Entre Ríos Province, Argentina, about 200 km (124 miles) north of Buenos Aires City.

The weather is warm. The average annual temperature is 18 °C (64 °F), with minimums of -2 °C (28 °F) and maximums of 40 °C (104 °F). We have four distinct seasons.

The approximate annual precipitation is of 1200 millimetres (47 inches), with a somewhat regular distribution throughout the year, with a slight increase in the spring-summer period and changes in the years of incidence of the La Niña or El Niño phenomena.

The farm is located on a gently undulating, flat plain, with loose fertile soil, increase in clay at depth, good structuring and no impediment to root development. Potential risk of erosion only in case of mismanagement. Different productive activities can be developed without deterioration of the soil resource.

We also have an exuberant native forest, with unique flora and fauna.
